Fixed price / Lump sum contract Customer / Owner agrees to pay RDA Building a specified amount for completing
a scope of work.
Negotiated Contract A contract is awarded on the basis of a direct (negotiated) agreement with RDA Building
without going through the competitive process.
Project Management Contract Is the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about
a successful build process. This will be a monthly fee agreed to beforehand.
Turnkey (Design and Build Contract) RDA Building assumes responsibility & accountability for the design, construction, financial
and quality control process to ensure a problem free building experience.
Feasibilty Study RDA Building is paid a fee to do a quantity survey and or a market survey of a project.
